Thriller Task - Storyboard

Before we could start filming we needed to plan out our story with the use of a storyboard. On each box we wrote the shot we are going to film and then drew a picture to accompany it. This will help us when we start filming as we wont get lost and we can just follow the storyboard.

The first shot is an establishing shot , this is to set the scene for the whole opening sequence as it shows you were we are. It also shows the view from the top of the cliff where the girl is later seen standing on top of.
The second shot is a close up tracking shot following the girls feet as she walk along to the edge of the cliff.

The next shot is a close up of character A's face.

This is a over the shoulder shot of character A looking over the cliff , we decided to use this shot as it shows the view that the girls sees and how close to the edge of the cliff the girl is.

The next shot is a medium shot of character A as she looks over the side of the cliff .

This shot is a long shot of the male character , character B. The shot shows him walking down the path of a cemetery.

The next shot is a mid shot of character A reaching into her pocket and taking something out.

This shot is a high angle shot which shows the picture which character A just took out of her pocket. The next shot is close up of character B's phone as he dials the number for the phone.

This shot is a static shot of the phone on the floor underneath some leaves and twigs , as the phone rings the camera will zoom in towards the phone.

The next shot is a mid shot of character A looking around scared and nervous wondering where the ringing of the phone is coming from.

This shot is a static shot of character A finding the phone and them removing the leaves from the phone and finally answers it and brings it to her ear.

The next shot is close up of character A's face speaking into the phone to find out who is ringing her.

This is a long shot of character B leaning against the wall with the phone in his hand.

The next shot is another close up of character A speaking into the phone as character B is not answering

This shot is an extreme close up of Character B when he says the words 'Do not jump'.

This next shot is a close up of character B's phone as he hangs up.

This shot is a mid static shot of Character A looking left to right trying to figure out who it was on the phone.

This shot is a pan shot from left to right showing what Character A sees.

The last shot is of character A's feet as she drops the phone and runs away into the distance.
